Everthread is a UK-wide managed clothing resale service for women who want to clear out their wardrobes without photographing, listing, messaging buyers or making trips to the Post Office themselves.
Simply send us your suitable pieces and we take care of the rest — from preparing and photographing each item to pricing, listing, buyer communication, postage and returns.
When your items sell, you receive your share of the proceeds.
A clothing resale service that does the work for you
Selling clothes online can be surprisingly time-consuming. Photographing every item, researching prices, writing listings, answering messages, packing parcels and keeping track of sales can quickly turn a wardrobe clear-out into another job.
Everthread is designed to make the process easier.
You send us your clothes. We assess them, prepare them for sale and manage the resale process on your behalf.
There’s no need to photograph, catalogue or price your items before sending them.
How it works
1. Send us your clothes
Check that your brands are suitable, then send your items to us from anywhere in the UK using a tracked postal service.
2. We assess and prepare them
We review each piece based on its brand, condition, style and likely resale value before adding suitable items to your inventory.
3. We photograph, price and list them
We prepare each item, take the photographs, research an appropriate selling price and create the listing.
4. We manage the sale
We handle buyer enquiries, offers, packing, postage and returns.
5. You get paid
When your items sell, you receive your agreed share of the net sale proceeds.
Where we sell your clothes
We choose the resale platform best suited to each item based on its brand, style and price point.
This may include Vinted, eBay and Vestiaire Collective.
Where appropriate, we may move or cross-list items between platforms to increase their visibility and give them the best chance of selling.
You remain completely hands-off throughout.
What clothes can I send?
Everthread focuses on good-quality women’s fashion with strong resale potential, from premium high-street labels through to contemporary and designer brands.
Examples may include brands such as COS, Arket, Reiss, Whistles, Sézane, Rixo, Ganni, Sandro, Maje, Reformation, Farm Rio, Mulberry, Coach and Chloé.
We don't currently accept fast fashion, supermarket clothing, menswear, underwear, shoes, counterfeit items or clothing that is heavily worn, stained or damaged.

What happens if something isn't suitable?
If we don't think an item is suitable for resale through Everthread, we'll let you know.
Unsuitable pieces can either be returned to you or donated to charity, depending on your preference.
This means you don't need to make all of those decisions before sending your collection to us.
How much do I receive?
Clients receive at least 50% of the net sale proceeds, with a higher percentage paid to you on higher-value items.
The net sale proceeds are the selling price after any marketplace selling fees have been deducted.
Everthread's share covers the work involved in preparing, photographing, pricing, listing and managing the sale of your items from start to finish.
