How the partnership works

Identify suitable pieces

During the wardrobe edit, you identify premium pieces your client would like to sell.

Arrange the handover

Either introduce the client directly to Everthread, or facilitate the parcel yourself if you’d like the resale handover to feel like part of your service.

Everthread takes over

We assess the collection, create the inventory, research, photograph, price and list the items, then manage buyers, postage and returns.

Client and partner are paid

The client receives their share of the sale proceeds, and you receive your referral commission from Everthread’s share.

Get Started

A simple referral arrangement, with no cost to you or your client

For every client you refer to Everthread, you receive:

10% of Everthread’s commission


Paid entirely from our share of the sale — so your client’s payout is unaffected.

There’s:

  • no need for you to photograph, value or list items yourself

You can simply introduce the client to Everthread, or facilitate the handover if you’d prefer the resale process to feel like an extension of your own service.

Referral payments are tracked from the outset, so you’ll know which clients and sales have been attributed to you.

We resell premium high-street, contemporary and designer womenswear and handbags in very good or excellent condition.

Typical brands include: Reiss, Whistles, Maje, Sandro, Sézane, Rixo, Ganni, The Kooples, Claudie Pierlot, PAIGE, Pinko, Karen Millen, Mulberry, Coach, Chloé and similar.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT

Please do not send these items.

  • Fast fashion

  • Supermarket brands

  • Men’s clothing

  • Underwear

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Damaged, stained or heavily worn items

  • Unbranded items or pieces without identifiable brand labels

  • Items with very limited resale demand

If an item isn’t suitable for resale, we’ll let you know. Unsuitable pieces can either be donated to charity or returned to you for a small fee.

Each item is assessed individually based on brand, condition, style and likely resale value.

Refer Your First Client

You don’t need to commit to a formal partnership straight away.

If you have a client with suitable pieces, we can simply trial the process with one referral first. You’ll be able to see exactly how the handover works, how Everthread communicates with the client and how the resale process is managed from start to finish.

If it works well for you and your client, we can then build Everthread into your wardrobe service more routinely.

  • You can either introduce your client directly to Everthread, or contact us yourself and facilitate the handover on their behalf. We’ll record the referral from the outset so any eligible sales are attributed to you.

  • No. You simply identify the pieces your client would like to sell. Everthread handles assessment, valuation research, photography, pricing, listings and the resale process from there.

  • You receive 10% of Everthread’s commission on items sold from clients you refer. This is paid entirely from Everthread’s share and does not reduce the client’s payout.

  • You can contact us at any time if you’re unsure. We’re happy to advise before a parcel is sent, and each item is assessed individually once it arrives.

  • No. There is no minimum volume, joining fee or ongoing commitment. You’re welcome to start with a single client and see how the process works.

  • Everthread can take over the resale communication directly, including confirmation of receipt, inventory, sales and payouts. If you’d prefer a different arrangement for your service, we can agree that before the first referral.
